ACCOMMODATIONS

The camp ground is well equipped to meet your needs.  We offer cabins, RV and tent sites as well as a fully appointed bathhouse to help meet your physical needs.  Please note we no longer automatically reserve your cabin, RV or tent site for prior year attendees--to guarantee a site, YOU must contact the conference office and make a reservation.

Cabins:  PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A WAITLIST FOR CABINS
All cabins rented for the week (Tuesday through Saturday night) with requests done on a first-come, first served basis.  We will take requests through May 31; if cabins are no longer available, you will be placed on a waiting list.  For future planning, we suggest you make your reservation EARLY if you would like a cabin.  While we can't guarantee you will be placed in the same cabin each year, we can accommodate most "early bird" requests.  All cabins are equipped with electricity. Most C-D-E cabins contain two sets of twin-sized bunks with 4 twin-sized mattresses.  A-B cabins vary in design, but will accommodate four-five people.  You may want to bring a small window covering, screening for door, camp chairs, broom and dustpan, basic cleaning supplies, drinking water container,  small fan, etc.

RV SitesWe have numerous sites for RV parking.  While the sites do not have electricity or water hook-ups (bring those generators!), they are nestled in the trees to ensure a bit of privacy as you enjoy camp meeting.  Permits are issued when you register at the Information Booth.  Place the permit so that it is readily visible to the security team.  Please let us know the size of your RV and if you have slide-outs when you make a reservation to ensure the site is large enough.

Tent Sites:  Sites are available for those with tents.  We suggest that you bring a tarp or other additional covering to help keep dry in case of rain.  In Alaska, you can never be too prepared!  Sites are cleared of tall grasses and most contain a plywood landing for your tent.  Permits are issued when you register at the Information Booth.  Place the permit so that it is readily visible to the security team.  Please let us know the size of your tent when you make a reservation to ensure the site is large enough.

Fees:  Weekly prices have increased slightly with cabins at $175 and RV/tent sites at $60.  Daily rates are offered as well, based on availability, however only on a walk-in basis.  Reservations are taken for full weeks only.
