Q: What does a virtual camp meeting mean for campers?

A: Doing a virtual camp meeting will mean no campers on the grounds as we are not permitted to have any large gatherings.

Q:  Will the ABC be here for camp meeting?

A: Although the ABC will not be here in July, orders are being taken for September delivery to coincide with constituency session.  Pre-orders must be received by July 27th--click here to view the brochure.  The ABC will be operating out of the conference office and will be open for order pick-up September 17 through 21 (specific days and hours will be forthcoming). If you would like to receive updates, announcements, sales events, coupons, etc. from the ABC, please contact them at 800.286.0161 to be added to their email list. You can also follow them on Facebook or Instagram.

YOUTH PROGRAMMING

Preschool & Elementary

The Alaska and Oregon conferences are teaming together to provide a great interactive program for the kids.  Click here for information for preschool and elementary age information.

Teens

A special program for ages 13-19 will be held each evening with speaker Jessie Siebol, Sessions will be at 7 pm, Alaska time, viewable on the Alaska Camps Facebook page.

SITE RESERVATIONS

Q: What are my two campsite reservation options for 2020?

  • A: (1) Your reservation payment for 2020 can be rolled over and applied to only 2021’s Camp Meeting. You will keep your same site for Camp Meeting 2021.  If you would like to make a new reservation or change your existing one, please contact the office after August 30, 2020.

     

  • A: (2) You may cancel for a full refund. 

Q: What are my reimbursement options if I choose to cancel my site for a full refund?

  • A: (1) Have your refund credited to the credit card that was used to secure your reservation. (preferred & fastest option)
  • A: (2) Have your refund paid via check by emailing nita.larson@ac.npuc.org with the name on the reservation, phone number and campsite number.  If additional information is needed, we will contact you.
