DiscipleTrek

We need to intentionally help our young people come to terms with what a spiritual journey of growth looks like on a day-by-day basis.

Rob Lang, Young Adult Ministries Director, NPUC

A program designed for high school teens and young adults, ages 14-25, DiscipleTrek allows teens to discover what it means to be a disciple of Christ and how to become a leader in their local church and community at large.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • A three-week camp that is a dynamic Bible and leadership experience geared towards teens.

  • A spiritual journey, taking campers and staff, to their next level of development as they dig deep into God's Word and discover (or rediscover) truths about who God is and what that means in every day life.

  • A bonding experience as youth spend days in worship, discovery, adventure and fellowship together!

SPONSORSHIP

The Alaska Conference is serious about seeing young people grow in Christ and desire that individuals who want to take part in this program have an opportunity to attend. Alaska Camps offer scholarships to those who apply to help them afford three weeks of camp, but this is only possible due to generous donations by people who support young adult ministry and want to see DiscipleTrek succeed. If you want to contribute to these donations and help a young person experience DiscipleTrek, you can donate here:
