Upon concluding our prayer initiative, church representatives from across the state are invited to a visioning weekend in Anchorage from October 17-19, 2025, where we will begin to define ministry plans for the next three years.
Here's what you need to know:
CHURCH REPRESENTATIVE
- Who To Select: The elders and church board are encouraged to select their representative as soon as possible. While there is not specific criteria, other than someone who has substantially participate in the 40 Days of Prayer initiative, the representative should be engaged in the planning process to move the conference FORWARD. Once selected, please submit their name, contact information and whether housing is needed to JoAnn Stevens at the conference office.

Transportation: Many representatives will be traveling from outside of Anchorage and off the road system. For those on the road system, there is the hope that the representative will provide their own transportation at no-cost to the conference. If those traveling by air can see fit to make this sacrifice as well, it would be appreciated. However, for those that may need assistance, the conference will provide help to cover a portion of the travel costs. Please contact JoAnn Stevens with your need.

Lodging: Representatives will be primarily housed at either the conference office or at the guest rooms located at the Korean Adventist Church. Please be aware that representatives may be required to share a room with someone from another church or district, therefore we asked that the representative travel solely as we cannot accommodate parties greater than one.

Sabbath, October 18:
8:00 am - Breakfast & Visioning Sessions (sessions continue throughout the day with meals provided)
Sunday, October 19:
8:00 am - Final Session
11:30 am - Adjourn
