Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve a spot for the 2024 South Central Camp Meeting, please complete the form below. The conference accepts reservations for the upcoming year on the first day of camp meeting; if you want to reserve for the 2025 camp meeting, the first day to place your reservation is July 23, 2024.
Requests are filled based on first-come, first-served meaning the request for a specific site is based on the date received, not if you are traditionally in a specific location. Please note we do our best to honor your reservation, however the conference reserves the right to change a site assignment.
